Post it in your calendar, put it on your fridge or pin it to your forehead—just don’t forget these very important dates for our meetings this year!!!!!!
All meetings are at the Fellowship Bible Church in Springfield at 10:00 a.m. Bring covered dish for lunch.
February 27th
The Easter Bunny is coming!!!!!! Billie Strickland will be teaching lace egg ornaments. Bring your painting supplies. Cost of class is $ 10.00
March 27th
Gourd Retreat Weekend---We will not meet.
April 24th
Great things are going to happen to your gourd when Charlotte teaches how to use oil inks and finish off with a rim treatment. Cost of class is $10.00, bring a small gourd bowl with an opening of no more than 4” across top and wear old clothes.

Can you hear the ocean in Springfield? Yes, you can if you make one of Tina Norford’s ocean drums. Bring painting supplies and a wood burner. Cost of class $30.00. You must contact Tina to sign up for this class so she knows how many gourds to prepare. sandtnorford@yahoo.com or (912) 756-8130.
June 26th
CL will be getting us ready for the 4th of July by teaching how to make a gourd into Uncle Sam (or Mountain Man if you want) using clay. Bring painting supplies. Cost of class $TBD.

We are going to back to the farm with Loretta Thrasher teaching us to make a pig or chicken ornament. Bring painting supplies. Cost of class $TBD .
October 23rd
Debbie Leslie will be showing us how to do Faux Raku pottery without the mess. Bring a dremel tool with inverted cone. Cost of class $20.00.
November 27th
Christmas Party!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bring a wrapped gourd ornament that you have made for the ornament exchange.

Directions for Meetings
Fellowship Bible Church - Hwy 21 to Springfield. Stay on by pass around Springfield until 3rd traffic light, this will be CR-313. Turn right, go under rail road overpass, turn left onto Old Dixie Hwy. Church is 1 ½ miles on left.
