THURSDAY JULY 29

Limited access to the Georgia Building for the layout of the show and work with the
grounds set-up crews.
 

FRIDAY JULY 30

7:00 AM Raw Gourd Vendors allowed in to set up
8:00 AM All Vendors allowed in to set up. 

To avoid accidents the general membership and visitors will not be allowed in until Noon.

12:00 Noon Open to the public 12:00 until 5:00 PM.
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Workshops
3:00 to 5:00 PM Competition entries accepted

5:30 to 7:00PM ArtBiz Seminar
 
 

SATURDAY JULY 31

8:00 AM Open to the public until 5:00 PM
8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Workshops
8:00 AM to 10:00 AM Competition Entries accepted 
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Demonstrations every hour on the hour
10:15 AM until 1:00 PM Competition Judging
12:00 PM (Noon) Silent Auction begins and ends at 6:00 PM

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Workshops
1:00 PM Competition Area open to the public

2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Statewide Show and Tell in the Banquet Area 
4:00 PM Set up banquet tables
6:00 PM to 8:30 PM Diner, Awards, and Auctions
6:00 PM Silent Auction ends
 
 

SUNDAY AUGUST 1

8:00 AM Georgia Gourd Society Membership Meeting
8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon Workshops
10:00 AM Open to the public
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Demonstrations every hour on the hour
12:30 to 4:00 PM Workshops
4:00 PM Competition entries may be picked up.
4:00 PM Vendors may begin to tear down and pack up
