2010 SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR VENDORS

 HOURS OF OPERATION:

GGS Classes will be from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday 30 Jul and 8:00AM to 5:00PM Saturday 31 July, Sunday 1 Aug classes will be 9:00AM to 4:00PM.

Activities for participants will begin as indicated above and run into the evening hours. We suggest that you have your booth open for students who may need supplies for their classes.

SET UP / TEAR DOWN

Raw Gourd Vendors may begin setting up at 7:00AM Friday 30 July.  Other vendors will begin setting up at 8:00 AM.  All vehicles must clear the area no later than 12 Noon.

The event ends at 4:00PM on Sunday Aug 1, at which time you may begin dismantling your booth.

GENERAL - BOOTHS

ALL Booths will be inside the building and are 10' x 10' unless additional space is requested and paid for.  The booths will be assigned on a “first-paid, first-served” basis.  We should have plenty of space to accommodate as many vendors inside as needed. 

SECURITY

The building will be locked at the end of nightly activities.  The grounds are enclosed by a chain-link fence and locked at night, and there will be someone staying on the grounds at night.  There are no other security measures, so plan accordingly.

COST

The rental fee for one booth inside the building is $50 for all three days (approximately 10' x 10'). 

Rental tables are $5.00 each and rental chairs are $1.00 each.

Electrical connections:  There will be a $25.00 fee for you to be connected to electricity.  You must furnish your own cords and power strips.
